I can see that around 11000 BF3 server ranks have been assigned, i am curious to know how many public bf3 servers there are worldwide?
I get the impression that every admin worth his salt in the world adds his server here, but how many servers are not assigned here? There* |

You may be able to get this information from battlelog. I do not have BF3 so I cannot log in to check.
