I am trying to add my gameserver to gametracker, howerver my ip and query port (which i have verified with my provider) are showing a different battlefield 4 server. I cannot claim it as i cannot change the server name. The server is

This is my servers ip and port. The info i have recieved from my server provider is as follows.

If that's the case, I believe you will have to contact Gametracker over their support forums, this might be a limitation seen to a different game running on your socket prior to now.

We would need to know the correct query port if the one used to add it 47200 was not correct.

47220 is the query port.
