WE ARE RECRUITING!

We are a Battlefield 3 clan founded on the principles of teamwork and solid leadership. Our members are from all over the world. We love to teach basic and advanced tactics both for fun and for use on the Battlefield. We enjoy a military ranking structure and leadership, but we are not a realism clan. Broken Arrow is open to people 17 and up, however we value maturity and commitment. We hold several core values essential to our operation:

1. We value teamwork. We train and fight as a squad, using practical tactics to win the battle.

2. Honor, Commitment, Courage, Hard work.

3. This clan prides itself as a clan that will never question your personal priorities. If you can't attend an event, no problem, a quick heads up will suffice for brief absences, no questions asked.

4. Our leadership strives to serve you. This clan is built from the bottom up, not the top down. We value every opinion and work diligently to create a fair and fun atmosphere.

5. The Command Staff is committed to creating an efficient and enjoyable structure. To achieve this, leadership responsibilities are spread out, so as to not concentrate power, creating an Officer Corps that runs the day to day operations.
