To honor the 160th SOAR Night Stalkers Don't Quit, we chose to name our clan:

=NSDQ= Night Stalkers Don't Quit

The 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment’s mission is to organize, equip, train, resource and employ Army special operations aviation forces worldwide in support of contingency missions and warfighting commanders. Known as Night Stalkers, these Soldiers are recognized for their proficiency in nighttime operations. They are highly trained and ready to accomplish the very toughest missions in all environments, anywhere in the world, day or night, with unparalleled precision. They employ highly modified Chinook, Black Hawk and assault and attack configurations of Little Bird helicopters.

Soldiers of the 160th have been actively and continuously engaged in the combat operations since October 2001. Today, the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment continues a sustained and active forward presence in the U.S. Central Command area of operations at multiple locations in support of operations Enduring and Iraqi freedom, in Afghanistan and Iraq respectively. Our crews also provide support to U.S. Southern and Pacific commands.

Originally created as Task Force 160, the unit was formed from Soldiers of the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Ky. In October 1981, the unit was officially designated the 160th Aviation Battalion. The regiment then became an airborne unit in October 1986 and was re-designated the 160th Special Operations Aviation Group (Airborne). The modern day 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) was officially activated in June 1990. Most recently, in July 2006, the regiment provisionally stood up a fourth battalion to meet growing special operations forces requirements. Soldiers of the 160th pioneered the Army’s nighttime flying techniques. The unit became known as the “Night Stalkers” because of its capability to strike undetected during the hours of darkness and its unprecedented combat successes. Today, Night Stalkers continue to develop and employ new technology and tactics, techniques and procedures for the battlefield.
Time and again, in every major combat operation since Grenada, Soldiers of this unit demonstrate that they live by their motto, “Night Stalkers Don’t Quit.”

Our Badattlefield 3 Server is live every day, and there is almost always an admin in game. We take pride in providing a fair and balanced server to people from all over the world, and all walks of life. People know that they can count on =NSDQ= to provide a fair, family friendly game, thats why our server is so popular. We are here to provide a fun and fair server that anyone can play on, no matter who you are. We use anti-cheat software, and good old fashioned admin to make sure that hackers don't play on our server.

We arrange friendly scrimmages against other clans to keep our skills sharp, and stay competitive. We also have a TWL account ready for leaugue play and competition in ladders when the clan is ready. Mostly we enjoy playing friendly games together each day after a hard day's work on our top-notch server.

=NSDQ= members use Ventrilo to communicate while in game. This way we can work as a team, to play together and administer a fair server. Ventrilo also allows us to fine tune our teamwork and communication to become better players. We value attitude and team-play above all else. Since we have a public community server we want all people on board to understand the importance of integrity and honor in-game and in the forums, as we seek to maintain a friendly and competitive place to play. Players of all skills levels are welcomed as we work together and support each other.

Membership means online gaming with a Family of folks who feel as passionate as you do about having fun and fair teamplay while maintaining a smacktard-free server. We do not tolerate hacking of any kind! There are no dues required however we look to our members for voulantary monetary donations and other non-cash donations like experience that will help build and improve the clan through its forums, website, and game servers. Members get authorized access to our public clan forums and input into decisions on clan matters like our game server, web site, and map rotation. Additionally members of =NSDQ= get a reserved slot to play even when the server is full. Those interested in joining =NSDQ= must be 16 or older, although we may modify this requirement based on maturity, attitude, and team-play.
