I tried adding my server and it says cannot find. I put in the address correctly and the querry port they provided me. Any help would be great.

it says that private ip adresses cannot be scanned and i also went to www.whatsmyip.com and that is annother ip because when i make a server in decicated server they give me ip but that ip is different than in whatsmyip.com and i don't know why?

why is no one helping me, i put in my ip, and my qeury port but it doesnt work>

I'd recommend contacting your server provider to open the appropriate ports on the firewall so that GT is not blocked.
