My website is required to have server info posted, so I came to gametrackers to get a nice clean banner for it...

Here is the info:
IP: 75.102.39.80
Port: 25217
Query Port: 47200

I submit my query, it finds the server as "The Guardians..."...BUT THIS ISN'T MY SERVER! If I look it up in battlelog, that server has the same IP address (probably the same hosting service) but a different port than mine.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? Otherwise I can forget about using a banner and just put my server info up in plain text...

It would be helpful to know the correct port information.

I gave you the correct port information...

Our server is running on port 25217. This "The Guardians..." server is running on port 25200. Look it up in battlelog...

Yet if I look up my server in game tracker, 75.102.39.80:25217, it comes back saying that it has already been added, as "The Guardians...".

So now what. Do I have to wait for some sort of master reset for it to check for the proper game information?

If the server shown is a different one than yours, that indicates that your server provider is using the same query port for more than one server.
