Can not connect to our server PBSS?

We were just looking at our PBSS on here and noticed something about a few of our server players having odd looking pictures. Then all of a sudden poof, no more access. Anyone know why we can't access it?

Please submit a support ticket in your my.gameservers.com control panel with a description of what is happening and they will be able to look into what is happening with your PBSS screenshots.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
