I am 9 times out of 10 getting, "Could not connect to screenshots server" when clicking on the punkbuster tab.
It seems to be down more then it is up. Is this a overloading issue on gametracker? I know it isnt any one server not connecting as i have 3 servers at gameservers.com and none of them will work when i get this error.

Hi,
I would recommend submitting a support ticket regarding the issue. They will be able to examine what is going wrong with screenshot collection for your server. ![]() |

Its not my server its all the servers. all at the same time.

I am guessing its just a completly unreliable feature. But when it works its a invaluable tool.

Hi,
Users rarely report any problems with the Punkbuster screenshots actually. I have just tested a few servers and they are working properly, so I assume they were able to resolve your issue when you submitted a support ticket. ![]() |

still not working for me. And its not just me, when its down for me it is also down for the others i have had try it on all difrent servers.
It just sits there after clicking on it,"waiting for response from gametracker.com" and then when it does respond it gives "Could not connect to screenshots server". |

Yeah, it's exactly the same for me. I guess it really doesn't have too much to do with gametracker.com though, the screenshots server seems to "belong" to gameservers.com. Anyways I've opened a ticket and they said the network administrators would be going to investigate the long loading times and unavailability issues for the screenshot server(s).

We are having the exact same issue. It has been three days now. That is why I came here in hope of a solution. I bet others are having the same issue but just dont say anything.
I agree, this is a great tool... if it worked. Please consider looking into this please. |
