We recommend contacting the owners of the server. You may be able to find information on their server page, like their website. You may also be able to find them using a search engine.

Do you regulate the behavior of admins that rent your servers in any way?

If a GT Premium user is doing something illegal, like hosting a nonsteam server, feel free to let support know.

Otherwise, no. Server owners can administrate as they choose fit. If you do not like one server, please visit another.

The problem is this. I've paid to play BF3 and the only way to access the multiplayer is through servers such as yours. When an admin bans a player for a non-valid reason, they are restricting my access to the game I have paid for. The fact that is allowed is simply wrong.

Again, we do not dictate to server owners how they administrate the game servers they pay for. I am sorry that you think we should impose rules based on what you think is valid or not. Additionally, I may add that GT Premium does not actually offer BF3 servers, so no it is not "ours."

There are nearly 7,000 BF3 servers tracked on this site. This would mean there are actually more than this since GT does not track every game server. If you are banned from all of these servers, this would have other implications.

If you are not satisfied, I would highly recommend you rent your own BF3 server http://www.gameservers.com/game_servers/battlefield_3.php like other people do.

There may be that many BF3 servers, but many of them are Metro only and not on hardcore settings. Far less servers in the settings I prefer. And no, I'm not banned on all of them. pfff This is the first one. Used to be all servers were administrated in an effective manner, but now the majority of bans I see are because the admin gets his nose bent at a player. Sad state our FPS world has become.

Here is a list of BF3 servers with 'Hardcore' or 'HC' in the title. Most are not Metro only. You may be able to find servers you prefer in there
