does not show screenshots of the players from my server. the problem?

Hello guys,
I saw many many servers with the Punkbuster screenshots tab , i wanna to know how can i add the punkbuster screen shot at my GameServer Page?Game Servers |

If you run a GameServers.com server and it is not showing, submit a ticket at your GameServers members area and they will look into it for you.

And if I rented a server on a different host(ForTeam.ru)? what can I do in this case?
