I was wondering if any advice can be given as to why our server doesn't show Punkbuster Screenshots? ProCon shows they are being taken, but they aren't appearing. We have been trying to get this issue resolved with GameServers for over 20 days we have been without them.

We are with GameServers. We have enabled the Punkbuster Screenshots.

We tried leaving it this way for awhile and let them update every hour like it states. The screenshots never showed up.

We tried enabling the Instant Upload. They still aren't showing up.

That is from our server...the SsPath being blank is what I think is possibly the issue, should it not be directing to GameTracker some how?

I notice that Punkbuster stated it Successfully recevied my screenshot and lists a path. But then right after I see this message:

PunkBuster Server: Attempted pb_sv_ssCmd (result=2320) [pb\instantupload.bat][C:\games\bf3\173_199_104_9_25200\1021278\bf3\pb\svss\pb000034.png]

Any advice or suggestions or should we just keep trying to work this out with GameServers?

GameServers support manages the collection of screenshots on GT. You should send in a ticket for your GameServers server there and they will help figure it out.
