Hello,

We just have a new gameserver it can run BF3 or BF4 (swappable)

It's only impossible to find the server to claim, its also not possible to add the server by ipaddress. It says:

That the server is down etc... while the server is up and running

Please confirm that your query port is 19567 (assumed, since it was not specified) and also have your provider open the port in their firewall. Let me know what happens.
