hello
Is someone can explain to me how the graph gametracker working. did he stream the server in permanence? What mean on the graph number 24h 18h 12h 6h now.... Because if i understand well the graph our bf4 server stop running at 6AM and is it just impossible. Thx for your answer |

There does not appear to be a general scanning issue - other servers are scanning normally.
It does appear that your server has stopped responding fully to the Gametracker scanning server queries. You may wish to try restarting your servers. im not sur do have understand... our server was not scanned??? but im usre that the server is running, and will restart all 2 days. Can you explain to me what mean 24h 18h 12h 6h now.... please? |

If you have made any changes to server configuration or added any modifications - these may be your problem.
h = hours / heures 6h is 6 hours since last update. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. So update statistic player will be done every 6hours right?

It is not a fixed time.
But the charts should update every 1 hour or so. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. It doesn't look like you have had any players on your servers in 12-16 hours. Can you try getting players on your server to see if it shows activity in the charts? It won't show activity when there is none.
