The server of my clan was in first place in Italy and 300 in the world. My hoster has moved the machines, including my own, changing ip and port. I have now lost the rank of the server. How can I change the ip and port for keeping the rank?

You would need to set up a DNS address on the old page. Once GT detects it has changed from the old IP to the new, it will automatically try to adjust the IP of the page. However, if the port has changed, this will not work. You will only be able to use the migrate stats option in that case.

i writted to the hoster. they gived my a dns but hte problem is that the port has changed....you can change the port?

Not the join port, you'll either need to start over or just migrate the stats.
