one of my servers is gone from my server list!
Can the admin please restore it so i can retain my server rank??

It's the server in my signature that is gone...

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

We are not able to recover stats which have been permanently removed. Since rank only looks at the past week of data, you should notice it get back up there pretty quickly if it is still just as popular.

Well, i haven't failed any of what you mention above, so i cannot see why it was removed.

Is there any log detail for your server that would indicate the admin commands issued? You'd be looking for a change of name, specifically to GameTrackerClaimServer if available. (Based on your reply, number 2 seems the most likely)

I re-added the server (as you can see in the sig), so all the player stats and rank is now lost.

All i have done is change the server name from #5 to #2, so this really sucks.
