I see what you mean now. In this case, you'll need to submit a support ticket via your gameservers.com members area for them to look into the issue with the screenshot collection.

I spoke to them ..they said this blame gametracker
in gameservers it works

GameServers (GameTracker's parent organization) has always handled screenshot collection problems directly.
