Hello, please tell me how to change the name of the server owner? To stay server statistics, and it changed only the name of the server owner?

I really don't understand what your question is? Sorry.
A server owner name is the name of the profile of the person who claimed the server. 'Stay server statistics' has no meaning to me. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Hint: I do not accept (or reply to) personal requests for re-ranking or unbanning. You must use the forums please. What's not understandable? Today I am the owner of the server, tomorrow another man, which transmits the server, how to change the name of the server owner?

If you no longer own the server, you can either:
1) delete the server page 2) do nothing. New server owners can claim it over you.

You want to change the server owner.
As burn says; The new owner simply claims the server in the same way that you did originally. The statistics will not change. I am a community user.
