Hello can someone help please i need to know who this server belongs to.

There's a guy that's payed for admin and is kicking and banning and killing everyone that kills him. I've donated to the server myself but i can't get on because the idiot keeps banning me. Can you please put me in contact with someone that can sort this out. As i don't want to have to get a refund via paypal as that will put a block on all donations.

EDIT: everyone thinks it someone called player called -anal_plug that's doing all the kicking and banning
