Our server is listed, but the information is incorrect.

Some of the information is correct, but Players and Stats are not populating correctly. It has shown 9/32 players for the last week or so, but it's a 64 player server, and has populated fully in the evenings since release. I'm curious if there is a fix? Our provider is NFO.

It hasn't been updating. Is that feature functional right now?

Can you provide some specific examples of players that are not updating but should be?

For example, the entire top 10 is incorrect. Our server has only been online since 10/29, but ALL the players in the top 10 are listed as having accumulated stats over the summer:

I'm not sure why these players are even listed. I can't find anyone in the top 400 that played on our server since it went live. It's almost like the stats are carrying over from another game or server.

So legit players are sprinkled in, but the majority of players shouldn't even be listed. Can we reset the stats? or do something else to make the stats list accurate? We really enjoy the website banners you provide.

Yes, if there was an owner of the address before you, you can reset stats on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/74.91.126.251:25200/manage/

Whoever claims the server is able to do this.
