Servers can be previously run by other users, if it was rented before you. You can reset the stats from http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/81.30.153.163:10200/manage/ in that case. If you are doing that "without success," please describe the error in as much detail as possible, including the exact text of the error message.

However, since the server was added with the incorrect join port (10000 on battlelog), I would recommend you delete the server and re-add it with the correct information since the join port cannot be adjusted.

I could reset the statistics on the server, but then it took only a short time and I had again the player with the high points on it.

Your server's stats were being recorded together with the stats from another server. We have fixed the problem, but to prevent data loss, both servers have a copy of the merged stats.

There are two options to clean up the player stats at this point:
1) Manually go through the player stats and delete invalid players one by one
2) Delete all player stats history for your server.

Either way, from this point on only stats for your server will be recorded.
