Change server IP, use DNS
Mar 07, 2014 5:13 AM
Hello, gametracker team! I have two servers. In the future I want to use DNS and replace IP from first server to IP from second server... But I won't be able to make it because the second server is already added automatically from gameservers.com. What shall I do? Thank!

The only way I see this not working is if the ports are different. Otherwise, I don't see an issue?

If you claimed the second, it should automatically overwrite the second if it is not on the website. If it is not claimed or by someone else, you will need to claim the second before it will overwrite it.

Where are you seeing two servers being tracked on that single page?

Contact your host and request that they review their firewall configuration.

If that's all correct, make sure the query port is correct on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/193.169.173.67:19667/manage/. If it is different than the original server, update it.
