Can someone please explain why some servers go from being in the ranking lists to having NR beside their server?
Any help or explanation would be grateful

For some servers it is not fair to include them in the rankings against other servers. It might be because they are faking traffic to their server, which as you may assume, is unfair to legitimate servers. Or, they may have bots that are not detected because they are reporting like normal players. Deranking servers is a way to keep the mainstream ranking system fair for legitimate servers.
