We recently purchased a new server and gametracker displays it as if it's from another clan, I think we took someone's old IP and gametracker still had the server in it's database

To claim the server, click the "(claim server)" link on the page.
Next, locate the Claim Ownership button and claim the server. Note: The instructions are in the (?) near it. Once you claim it, you can unlink a clan page or link to your own.
