MY BFV stopped working after an update tried restore but nothing helped. May be a computer issue. but I will be back soon .

Guess I messed up there, Vista is also affected.
 That same link will help you out. Edited my other post too...

Keep getting blocked by virus warning so i tried
k your start button. Click All Programs. Click Accessories. Right click Command Prompt. Click Run as administrator. If it asks your if you want to make changes to the computer, select Yes. You should have a new window open with a command prompt that reads: C:\Windows\system32> Type the following at the command prompt: sc config secdrv start= auto It should return the following: [SC] ChangeServiceConfig SUCCESS You can now close the command prompt window. BFV should now run. and SPRk your start button. Click All Programs. Click Accessories. Right click Command Prompt. Click Run as administrator.
