What settings must be set to allow for a mixed HardCore playlist? I've seen some others and I would like my server to be able to have a HardCore Mix.

u cen set evryting whit rcon tool (steam/library/toolscod blackops-remote console
login whit ur host ip / port then go to tab playlist and u cen set evryting on hardcore   http://www.clandds.com

You can use a tool named AlterRCON.
But since the last patch not all functions in this tool are functional. Making a Mixed-Hardcore-Rotation is still possible with this tool. The Programmer quit working on this tool since the last BO-Patch. BO changed many of the commands. So, if u only want a mixed HC-rotation you can sill use it.
