I am getting the error that Gametracker cannot scan my server for ownership. I have looked into how to fix this but I did not find anything, any ideas?

I've just tried to claim the Empathy Gaming server in your profile and do not receive the cannot scan server error. Instead, I recieve:
We were unable to verify that your server name is 'GameTracker' In order to claim ownership of your server you must temporarily rename it to: GameTracker This server is currently named: Empathy Gaming Please check your game server config file, restart the server, and try again. It may take up to 5-10 minutes to start scanning again after a server restart
