My server stats are recording now online for 8.6.77.169:3134 Cupcakes and Porn! NO HAX! But when I type in "!rank" in game, or in my console in game, nothing shows up? Can someone help me with this?

Does Black Ops provide ingame stats like this?

no, but i have been in many servers that you type that in, and it shows your stats on that server. I thought that was what Gametracker provides.... but I cant get it to work

GameTracker is completely external from the server

You're looking for either BlackTomatoMod or SCon
Both are "mods" that run off a secondary personal computer and stores/scans your logs to produce the stats and other commands. |
