I've been running game server some time now and have been adding my game servers to GameTracker. Now I've closed a few servers for the holidays (like 2 weeks). And some were deleted from the Database, I know that's the deal, no problem.

But when I wanted to re-add Call of Duty 2 again.. I couldn't. It gives the standard error (is it on, no firewall etc.) I almost know for sure it's not a problem on this side, because Call of Duty 4 re-added without any problems and I can join the Call of Duty 2 server without a problem.

Is there anyone who can help me? Or know that this problem happened more then once? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to scan the server with a tool like hlsw? hlsw.org

What is the IP and Port? Have you made changes since it was last running?

I registered at hlsw.org and downloaded the tool, but I never used it before. How can I scan for my servers?

Ok I think I added the servers to HLSW.
And with the COD2 server, I get time out..

I got it patched till v1.3.
There's not a new patch (higher then 1.3) right?

I do believe 1.3 is the latest COD2 patch. Do you have a server provider you can contact about the issue? If the server is online, the scanning is not being blocked by any router/firewall type software, and the server is set up properly, I don't know really what else would be wrong. Do you run any mods that are affecting the query response?

No I run my own servers at my own place.. So I am the only sys admin atm xD. I checked the ports like 10 times and it's right. I'm also not running any mods.

Very weird, I just added an Call of Duty 5 dedicated box without any problems.. this is so strange. There must be something that I've overlooked.

Suddenly it recognized it again!
I didn't changed anything..hmm weird.
