ON COD2 MULTIPAYER I CANT REFRESH, JUST A BLANK SCREEN. WTF. I UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE GAME AND NO CHANGE. WHAT DO NEED TO DO? ITS BEEN WORKING GOOD FOR YEARS AND NOW NOTHING.

A lot of times this type of issue is due to not allowing the game through the firewall. You can try adding the game as an exception manually or temporarily disable the firewall.

The Activision master server is down. It's been down since the 16th. They're still working on it...so they say.
