GameTracker didn't track my server tonight and I lost 20 ranks, 20ranks that I worked for past month!

I am sorry if you were effected by the temporary bug yesterday. Unfortunately, your historical graph that shows the player count over time shows that it was down for most of Monday. GameTracker was not having any issues for the duration your server was not tracking, so the issue appears to have been on your server's end so no other user reported something in that timeframe.

Additionally, server popularity is only considered from the data in the past month. Also, the popularity in the past week is what is considered the most to your rank. You will see that you will move close to the rank you were previously within a week if your server is just as popular. However, if the server is more or less popular, the rank will be adjusted accordingly.

Yes, we are back at 54 now. Although I have to say that we have 15 gameservers tracked with you and none of them were down that day, all of them have a small downward spike on the graph the day you had issues with tracking (I saw some database errors for example)

I can confirm that the servers mentioned by Sleziak have indeed been up for the past couple of months, and during that specific day. That given, and although my clans servers didn't get affected, the problem must be on your side.

Also can't I help but notice that Gametracker is more and more offline these days. Anything big going on?
