A team member who recently left my team hosted a server, this server was placed on my profile server list now obviously I want it removed but I cant find where I can get it removed.

To delete a server, you need to claim the server. There should be a link to the left of the map image on the page to do so. On the page that link goes to, there will be a button enabled to delete it that you can use after you claim the page.

If the server is no longer online and you do not manage the page, you will just have to wait for the system to automatically remove it after extended downtime.
