Does Gametracker allow redirect servers to gain a higher rank for another server?

What we would honestly recommend for you if you are having such incredible difficultly attracting players is to change something up on your server, such as a mod or map. That way, people who end up on your server might actually enjoy it, not like they are doing now apparently.
The only thing GameTracker looks at is whether or not it has bots / fake players that are not detected.
