I always play on the EpicPeople server and when I try to connect now, it always just says awaiting connection and then tells me to redownload the files but when I try nothing happens. Does anyone have a fix?

It's an issue wwith just that one server?

I have just checked other servers and no, it's with every server. I have just tried another server and it said: server uses a different protocol version: 1 and it says I use version 5.

From the Steam Discussions, we've noticed that some players have inquired about this.
I do believe this has been brought about by Activision's recent update with the game. I'm not aware of a workaround but when I find one soon, I'll report such. |

Update: It's fixed! The fix is on the Cod4x Website for anyone wondering.
