I don't see a submit a hacker report on this website so I'll just post his profile page. This guy was hacking at least on 2 servers that I have played on tonight. Here is the player: http://www.gametracker.com/player/y%20o%20u/192.223.24.210:28960/ . Hopefully actions are taken to remove this player from the website and their IP.

In general, Gametracker does not take any interest in the behaviour of individual players on private servers, as Gametracker does not administer any of the servers registered here.
It is a tracking site only. If you have a complaint about specific players, then you are welcome to contact the owner/admin of the server in question. I am a community user.
