It is not strange for them to have up to 8-9 bots at a single point, but they are not registering on gametracker as such. While other players are trying to boost their server ranks in a fair way, than comes along a server like this and makes a fool of everyone. This is not a first time that this server is getting reported, it already got deranked 3 times. I think a final and permanent derank of that server would be appropriate and ban on claiming that IP.
