THAT IS MEAN U R DISK NOT ORGENAL AND THE SERVER IS ORGENAL
U MUST PLAY IN CRAKED SERVERS

You have no idea what you're talking about.

I've also had the same message David, try this to rectify it, click on options, then multiplayer options, where it says Key Code, click that and then 'verify' it. Quit the game then reload it and it should give you access to servers, if it doesn't keep using this method until it does, I've had to retry it about 5 times or more when I first bought the game but eventually it should work, it's annoying and usually happens after a crash.
