what is key code and why can't I play with it

You are most likely using a downloaded version of the game.
Purchase an official copy of Call of Duty 4 and you will not get this message.

can u tell me how can I know my ping coz most of the servers say this server is for low ping players |

One way is to use the "ping" command in cmd.exe
Go to Start > Run and enter "cmd.exe" It will open the MS-DOS prompt. You type in "ping <serverip>" Example: "ping 85.17.151.92" It will show your average ping to the server. Another way is by using your ingame Server Browser. It will show your ping to every single server.
