My server says its in Afghanistan, but its not. Its in the US

Hi My COD4 server 216.246.108.124:28930 says that its located in Afghanistan for some reason. Believe me its not. Its located in Chicago, but gametracker and xfire reads the ip range as though its coming from Afghanistan lol.

Please correct this. You can run a tracert on it if you want. You will see there is no way you would get these kind of pings to a server in Afghanistan lol.
