Hello the Call of Duty 4 Community.


My name is Megatron and I'm the Clan Leader of a Tactical cod4 clan called The 9th Legion. We are a new clan but are full of long time tactical members, 16 of them have been playing tactical for many years and enjoy every little bit of it. The Tactical cod4 community is a seperate community and almost everyone in this community are friends or rivals one way or another. The Cod4 tactical community has over 20 clans already into tactical gaming.

[U]What is tactical?[/U]
Tactical is when you play like you were in a real game and take your time doing stuff as you go and complete the objective. The community is mostly made up of Search and Destroy servers that 90% of them run the openwarfare mod and have custom maps. The custom maps are there since most people get bored playing the regular 10-20 maps that Infinity Ward created for cod4.


[U]What kind of rules do these servers have?[/U]
They are simple rules: No hip shooting, no Ledging and spamming smoke or walls. Those are the common rules amoungst these servers. Now if you think that this doesn't seem like some then give it a test on one of the following servers listed below. I probably missed a few servers but these are the more active servers of the tactical community.

The Community invites you to check out every server since each server has something special about them, no server is a like.

The reason why I am posting this is because most people don't know about this community inside call of duty 4. I'm speaking on behalf of everyone in this community that we are welcome to see you and/or your clan playing on our server to help you guys understand what its all about. Now the first map might seem like its stupid but it grows on you.


Now this isn't a crouch only kind of game play, thats Tactical Realism and thats a completely different community on its own.

Most of the clans here in cod4 community play more then just cod4. But for most its a main game and for others its a stress reliever. So in conclusion the Tactical Cod4 Community invite you to come play on our servers and check out our websites.
