I have been playing on your Server for over a year now. I consider myself a decent player and very much enjoy playing on your server. I was talking the other day with some member asking what the requirements for recruitment are and I am not sure I am good enough to consistantly have a 3-1 ratio I am normally in the top 3-5 each match and favor sniping when possible or stealth.

I was wondering if Loyalty played a factor in the possibility of recruitment or if I would be better off just remaining an active player on your servers.
