Usually our server's info change at 2:10 AM EST. Even the 'Average (past month)' status moves up often. I checked it this morning and nothing has moved except for the 'Historical Data' which shows number of players. We have had full servers recently with half full servers above us and no rank change at all.

Could it be the time change thing like daylight savings time or whatever they call it?


EDIT: After 2 days of being stuck, it is starting to move now. I don't know what happened, but hopefully after today, it keeps moving.
