I'm not the greatest of players skill wise and it's quite frustrating, I see servers with noob or beginner in the title but most of the time, they seem to be much better than I am.

I'm wondering if there are any servers that are dedicated to new players. Thanks.

try the tactical server , not the crouch servers they dont make any sense ,come on ! crouch in the middle of the battlefield. and get shot ? those admins can not shoot any moving target .Thats why they want to you to crouch so they can shoot you .Try this one; Out*tact tactical hardcore ,its great server.You can run in the open for cover ,crouch indoor and it makes sense so that you enemies wont hear your foor steps.;)
