I´am going to share with you some thoughts.
Wouldn't it be great to have a community-based CoD WaW, game, with a public server, scrims server, by the community, and for the community, where the players, the people who enjoy it, are the ones who manage it, without egos, without influences, without personal vendettas, and simply as a meeting place where people can enjoy the game, friendship, camaraderie, and good vibes, with no other aspirations than having a good time, having fun, and creating and having something fresh and dynamic?
And Free Cost for Everyone!!!! No taxes, no payments, no monthly dues, JUST FOR FREE!
Any Mod, any Game type, any way to enjoy the game, can be done, the most important thing is have FUN!!!
With that in mind, the Darby's Rangers project was outlined a while back.
The project is still alive, in tactical respite, so to speak, waiting for some people to join or want to be part of this new way of understanding video games. A multidisciplinary place where we have players, mappers, modders, and people with a deep knowledge of the game and its mechanics, but also with all the desire in the world to have fun, to create a space where fun, a good atmosphere, camaraderie, and the desire to have something that feels like ours, for everyone, without ranks, without bosses, without anyone above anyone else, without egos, without abusive positions towards players, and with the maximum freedom to enjoy the game and each other's company, that's the Darby's Rangers Project.
Of course, for those interested in learning more or being part of this new adventure, the doors are open to all. The only requirement is a desire to play, enjoy it, and if you're creative and want to make or learn how to make mods, maps, or even just want a space to share your ideas to improve your games, this is your place. All ideas are welcome.
