i changed my name from MrKrinkl-bk- to MrKrinkl-BK- and now when i lvl a gun or get an challenge they are not there when i go back into the game. i just tried to go Prestige, iexited the game went back in and that option to go Prestige was back... Whats going on?

How to fix this problem
 am going to cod waw and add a favorites server and am click to serrver click to joind and hi said ERROR NO OR BAD CHALLENGE ADRESS FOR SERVER and am dont know how to fix pls someone!!!!
