My server is not getting scanned, I've added it to favourites but it's been over 10 minutes and still not scanned:

It is very likely a firewall or network connection quality issue.

I turned off firewall and it worked, how do I make it connect through to Windows Firewall?

We can not offer support for individual routers/firewalls or operating systems.

I can only suggest that you refer to the manual that came with your router/firewall, or download a copy if available.

Documentation and/or help via google searches for MS Windows firewall configuration is quite extensive.

All I need to add is just my server ports? There's no ports or IPs I need to add on Gametracker?

You need to ensure that your firewall is not blocking Gametracker scanning server IPs - as referenced in the link above and more specifically here;
