Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

I am not able to scan this server which you can confirm on HLSW (hlsw.org). I'm assuming you already looked into the other suggestions. Then, i would make sure your server is properly set up as some mods for certain games alter the query protocol and cause issues. Some games also have settings to determine of the server reports stats.

and someone may have other suggestions because everything is done well the server is working correctly is to add commands to the player's statistics and the options I have no idea why this whore does not work
