Hi, i was trying to add Kgb server ( 193.192.58.55:27024 ) to gametracker but getting this message

Gametracker could not scan the server.
One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

just want to point out server is online and also the IP and ports were added there correctly.

Your server is not responding using the proper query protocol.

I would suggest you try rebooting your server. If it does not help, take off your mods/plugins off one by one until you find the problem.

I Bought 2 SERVERS, FIREST ONE HAS PORT NUMEBRE 27025, I ADD THAT JUST FINE.
THE SECONDE ONE HASE PORT NUMBRE 27024 BECAUSE OF THAT PORT NUMBRE I CAN T ADD IT IN GAMETRACKER. AND I DIDN'T YET DO ANY CHANGES TO CONFIGERATION OR ADD PLUGINGS JUST THE BASICS ONES LIKE NAME ...

You say that you have added a server on port 27025, yet no such server is on line or registered in Gametracker.
You do however have a registered server on 193.104.68.49:27015

I can see that 193.192.58.55:27024 appears to be on line.
I also note that it does not report a game version number in HLSW whereas the other server does.


Many people come here hoping that the problem is with Gametracker.
I have never seen this to be the case with common/older games such as Q3 or HL or CS.

It is almost certain that the problem will be with your server configuration, (IP / port) or firewall.

The reason I mention IP/port is because many people tell us the IP/port they are using, only to find they have typed it incorrectly.
Human + keyboard = stupidity. We have all made these mistakes.

There are 3 CS servers registered on Gametracker using IP IP 193.192.58.55 : http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=193.192.58.55
Clearly there is not a problem with Gametracker.
There are at least 13 servers being hosted by kgb-hosting.com on IP 193.192.58.55

I do not understand how you could disable the firewall for a shared IP on a hosted game service?
Even if you have an independent Virtual Machine to run your game, using the host IP address, the hosting machine will have it's own firewall to which you would not have access.

I suggest that you contact kgb-hosting.com and ask what is different about your server.

Hey, im hosting a CS 1.6 server but i fked somethings up and i wasnt online on gametracker anymore, i accentidaly made an 7 days server on the ip and now i cant get my CS 1.6 server online. Is that the problem because i did everything else possible in this situation regarding the gametrackers options they provide with the firewall etc.

If you can claim the server page, then you can change the game type (or delete it).
If you cannot claim the page, then I suggest firewall blocking the query port until the server is automatically deleted by Gametracker and then adding it back.

We do not delete servers on request.
