I need help in Adding my dedicated server to gametracker
please help
I'm facing problem with adding it
when I type in all needed information for adding server I get this :


(((((GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning)))))\


so can you help me
I checked my firewall and disabled it
and my server is online
soooo please help me as fast as possible

You may use a tool such as HLSW (hlsw.org) to see if you can scan the server.

What is the IP and port of your CS server?

I can't add my server to server list in gametracker
I entered the ip address and the port 27015
and what is the query port
then I entered all of these information
I get message "GAME TRACKER CAN'T SCAN YOUR SERVER "

I am unable to scan 2.49.189.59:27015 on HLSW (hlsw.org), you can confirm this for yourself.

I would recommend trying to add the server with any firewall (or firewall within a router) turned off and see if it could be added. That would rule out whether or not you configured the server properly. If it still does not scan, I would recommend making sure that your server is configured properly to report stats and run on that IP. Else, you may be a part of the poor ISP's that block all foreign traffic.

I have HLSW AND I CAN SCAN MY SERVER

my firewall is disabled and my server is online
and now I can see my server through HLSW
but I still need to add my server to gametracker
it's really serious problem and should be fixed
