Hello,

Have you opened the port in any firewall you might use?

What is the IP and Port?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Hello,

I am currently getting a ICMP Destination unreachable (Port unreachable) error when trying to scan this server. You may want to review the router settings to see if there are any other settings you may need to change. The port should be open for UDP connections. Do you run Windows Firewall? You may need to make changes in there.

Hello,

Servers can be removed after extended downtime. It appears your server cannot be scanned still, but I am not getting an ICMP error. Is your server online 24/7? Do you have a static IP address?

Hello,

A static IP is one that does not change. If you are hosting it from home, you may likely have a dynamic IP, meaning it changes from time to time. If this is the case, you'll have to monitor for IP changes and re-add it to the site each time.

If GameTracker sees your server as down for too long, it will automatically remove it from the site since it assumes it is down for good.
