Is it someone who is crashing server?? or is it crashing jusst like that??? IF IT IS SOMEONE WHO IS CRASHING SERVER.. THEN DOWNLOAD THE PLUGIN FOR RESTRICTING THE AUTO-BUY MENU.. hey GAMETRACKER ADMIN when i go to whatismyip.com, there i got my public ip but when i put that ip in the box it tells that server is offline while my server is online and i also choosen internet in network box

First make sure you are not using any WiFi if yes then you need to first whitelist hl.exe & that IP address to yours WiFi router

Okay go to whatismyip.com find your public IP address copy it & make a search by gametracker always remember gametracker need public IP address gametracker cant find your server by private IP address I hope it will work ...

Yes i write my public ip after that it tells that server is offline while my server is started and i also choosen internet option in network feild

Check your dedicated port is open & firewall should be configured so that it allow gametracker to scan your server ...
If nothing works than you need a genuine copy of game  ...
